OUR HISTORY Entering the synthetic manufacturing industry in 1973, Ünal Sentetik Dokuma San. ve Tic. A.Ş. is continuing its business operations with 80.000 m2 total and 50.000 m2 indoor area at Gaziantep 3rd Organized Industrial Zone. Offering a wide product range with innovative work processes, our company manufactures PP woven sacks, PP woven fabric and industrial yarn, using circular and flat weaving techniques at our synthetic weaving facility; and manufactures products using Flexo & Rotogravure printing techniques at our flexible packaging facility. Ünal Sentetik has specialized in its field without compromising from quality, hygiene, environment, occupational health and safety to maintain and continuously improve its experience and reputation since the day of its founding. Used as primary base material in tufting carpet production. Can be manufactured in different designs for Loop pile and Cut pile carpets. Has ultra-low shrinkage properties. Production in widths of 210 cm to 520 cm with the desired weft density is possible.
Used as secondary base material in tufting carpet production. Has ultra-low shrinkage properties. Production in widths of 215 cm to 525 cm with the desired weft density is possible.
Used as hybrid astroturf base material in tufting machines. Production in widths of 210 cm to 520 cm with the desired weft density is possible.
